  Dryness to sweetness of wines?

  Based on these wines how would u rate the sweetness to dryness. I know that theyre considered as dry wines but ive been asked by customers "which is sweeter?". white: chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, verdelho, riesling, semillon, pinot gris, viogner red: shiraz, cabernet merlot, cabernet sauvignon, pinot noir, merlot thanks for the help.
