Cheap food for student: Valencia, Spain?

I will be spending 6 weeks in a dorm (no fridge, stove, microwave, etc.) in Valencia, Spain and need some ideas for super cheap meals as I intend to spend all my dough on clothes, travel and wine. Any ideas where to go and what to eat. The cheaper (and healthier) the better. Any advice to save money will be helpful. (Entertainment, travel, souveniers, etc.)

Can you make better sangria than me?

I drink beer and whiskey all winter long and come spring I dust off the wine bottles. One of my favorite way's to enjoy wine is in sangria. I have had plenty (cough) of sangria in my day and the recipies that I like the best are the ones that aren't all gunked up with random spice and hard to find fruit. I have a simple recipie that I think is the best around. Can you beat my recipie? Glyphdoc Sangria 4 Valencia oranges 2 lemons 1/2c sugar 1/4c Grand Marnier 2 bottles of some cheap fruity red wine...I use Outback Chase Shiraz A few dashes of Angostora Bitters (or better yet Peychaud's Bitters) Add the wine to a pitcher Add the sugar and GM PEEL and slice 2 oranges and 1 lemon Add the slices to the mix Juice the remaining 2 oranges and 1 lemon Add the juice to the mix Add the bitters Stir Let this set overnight. Pour over ice in a highball glass and enjoy. Let me know!

There were many crops.Vegetables, fruits, and cereals are the principal crops, about three-fourths of Spain’s agricultural production. Barley and wheat, the major crops in Spain, On the plains of Castile-León, Castile–La Mancha, and Andalusia, while rice is grown in coastal Valencia and southern Catalonia. Corn , grown in the north, is a major fodder product. Other crops include cotton, tobacco, sugar beets, olives. Fruit growing is also common, with citrus fruits, especially oranges being of the biggest need. Other fruit crops include apples, apricots, bananas, pears, peaches, and plums. Spain also produces vegetables, mostly tomatoes, onions, and potatoes and nuts, mainly walnuts.Because Spain is one of the world’s largest producers of wine, grape growing is important. The main wine-producing areas are La Rioja, the Penedès in Catalonia, Valdepeñas in Castile–La Mancha, the Duero valley in Valladolid, and Málaga and Jerez de la Frontera in Andalusia.Animals are also raised. Pigs are raised mainly in Castile-León, Aragon, and Catalonia, and pork leads meat production in Spain, followed by poultry, beef, and lamb. In the Atlantic coastal regions and the dry southern interior, sheep and dairy cows are raised.
