The original sentence is "Sellers of fine wine from Slovakia will give a discount." Could "fine wine" here be replaced by "one". That is "Sellers of one from Slovakia will give a discount.'' Does this sentence accpetable to native speakers. Please don't change my sentence. I am doing a syntax class homework. Thank you very much.

Hey has anyone heard of Blu di Blu wine? Went to Tuscany back in '07 and had some at this restaurant. UH-MAZING. It's a very light, blue colored, sweet and semi sparkling fruity flavored drink with a wine based product. Apparently it's only sold in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the Tuscany region. Have anyone of you ever heard of it? I live here in the U.S., NY, NY and would like to find someone who can import this wine. Someone told me to try those Martini and Rossi Spumanti people and I did but to no avail! Anything you can tell me will be greatly appreciated.
Aima Moel,
Thank you sooooo much! Oh my gosh, I feel like I've died and gone to heaven! I was looking for this wine for so long and could find it nowhere! You are an angel! Hopefully this site (Conti Spumanti) will be able to help me locate a retail location here in the U.S. or will tell me of a way that I can order online and have it shipped to me. (please keep your fingers crossed for me!) Peace, love and blessings to you!!!

Does these sentences sound good to native speakers?
To the sentence"Sellers from Slovakia with heavy debts often give discount." Can I just say "ones from Slovakia with heavy debts often give discount." when I need to avoid repeating the word "sellers" too much in the same paragraph in my article?
To the sentence " sellers of fine wine from Slovakia often give discount."
Can I just say "sellers of ones from Slovakia" in order to avoid repeating "fine wine" as the above sentence has given the context.
Thank you very much for helping out. :):):)

My family owns a restaurant on a Greek island and right now the business in slow. The tourists we work with are from England, Holland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Slovakia. The other restaurants put items for VERY cheap, like 10 euros for two which includes two entrees, salad, and wine, and we can't compete because we serve higher quality foods. Do you have any ideas of foods, particularly from the countries mentioned to draw in some customers? Our menu consists of greek foods, mexcian food, pizzas and pastas.
