My husbands and I's anniversary is coming up and I wanted to send a bottle of wine to our APO address, since we can't get it here. I know generically, you cannot send Alcohol to APOs, but I am not sure of the rules specifically for KAB.

Hello all ..just in case you where wondering. why i havent been around ..i had some issues with my already disfuctinal heart..but not to worry ill get reborn again....
SO i was reading up in health IN GENERAL and came across this article by BRIGID O'CONNELL of the sunday telegraph in sydney.. it was in the papaer but i cant give alink as it was not important enough to post..any way it goes like this.
NINE key factors to enjoy a very long life ..by brigid o'connell
SCIENTISTS have indentified that people living in the.that people living in the BLUE ZONES,-countries where you have 10 times greater chance of living to 100-are more active, eat less meat, drink wine andsurround themselves with the right people.
The zones include SARDINIA,in italy. OKINAWA in japan, SEVENTH DAY ADVENTISTin CARLIFORNIAS loma linda. NICOYA peninsula in costa rica. and ICARIA in greece.
A team of researchers and scientists concluded there were 9 common lifestyle
similarities between each of the five BLUE ZONES: including having the right outlook, being active, eating less meat and drinking wine and surrounding yourself with the right people
The reprort goes on to comapre places like sydney how they are doing the wrogn thing by eating the wrong thing and lack of exerscise.....needles to say that this is add for a chief ceral producer sanaturuim but it does show that there are BLUE ZONES AROUND THE WORLD..
why are there what do u think makes them so apart fromt he obvious report? any input u may have will intresting..
BY THE WAY I HAVE HEAR THAT IN ICARIA they have the best lambs!or is it KATZIKAKIA(KIDS)
thanks to any one takign the time to answer hope ur all well.
@morfing..ty for all those links.and the additional info on ICARIA.. of all the facts of the blue zones,,what sticks out in my mind the most is the fact of sourrounding your self with the rigth people..PERHAPS this the biggest ailment..the rest of the world has ..i guess its important and paramount to just have friends who dont compete with you but are equall in making you happy and and recepicatingin return with out expectations. AS children we learn this as our first lesson, and make our first friend as they please us. do YOU REMEBER YOUR VERY FIRST FRIEND! but how quickly ..we forget that principle as we are told compettion is good for you by the disguise of doing better than him or her.i can only speak for my self as i alwasy felt by competeing with others it has robbed me of my full potential by trying to imitate them ...
THE other thing i would like to mention i knew about the KATSIKAKIA (RASKA) way back in 82..as i was told by my then 8 year old cousin, her mum was icarian.
@morfing continue:::: the 8 year old use to beat the hell out of me at chess ..lol i was 23...OMG game after game would u belive.. but what i noticed about her cause she grew up in ICARIA she was very vibraiant in all her conversation and thinking ..not a sigh or pause what so ever..and lets not mention her ability on TAVLI... and she was secodn to her brother..in talent..he got bored half way through our first game..lol..i guess it does pay to sourround your self with the RIGHT PEOPLE at least it uncloudes ur head..any way she was the one telling me about the raska way back then....and i tellyou what...i love lamb but i must admit katzikaki kokinisto is heaven doent he xoriotico way extrmelly tender meat....
@alegeniki and sankegodess ..ty for ur answers too. and ur well wishes....i see there are at least 6 people who started it ty too to those. and speacial thanks to ALLAN...al though u shit me i do like u ..becasue ur persistent..and ty @ i want to know.

Its been 2 months since I have been married and I am 19 years old.
I am 5 months pregnant.
My husband is 20 years old. He is a marine. We live in Hawaii.
The week after we got married he went to another island for a month for training. Now the end of September he will be leaving for a deployment in Okinawa for 7 months.
I give birth in 4 months. January 2nd 2010.
We have been getting into arguments a lot.
I cant help it but I am always crying.
Then he asks me why I am I crying. And crying doesnt help anything.
But I cant stop them.
I tell him he cant drink wine everyday is that so wrong?
We made a deal for every wine he drinks I can drink a soda.
I cant do that since I am pregnant anyways.
He will probably be missing the birth of our first child.
He says I nag him a lot.
