  Vingården ligger i AOC Minervois (Languedoc) nära Narbonne och Medelhavet. Den här vingården är ingen gård i egentlig mening utan ett hus (1000 år) i byn Aigne. Vinet ligger på kullarna runt omkring. Huset består av 4 plan, det låter högt men det upplevs inte så. Huset är det viktigaste i byn och entrén till byn går igenom huset. Nedre planet är välvda rum, det skulle passa som vinkällare och butik, Café eller likn. Där finns en brunn och en bit av vallgraven i det andra rummet. Planet över är ett stort kök med ek golv och helt nyrenoverat. Ett stort rum och badrum , toalett. Allt är nytt. Nästa plan består av 3 sovrum och ett stort allrum, veranda, badrum och toalett. Allt under renovation just nu. Högst upp i huset pågår ingen renovation. Det kan bli 3 till 4 rum. Badrum och toalett finns. Det går att ta bort en del av taket om man önskar. Caven där man gör vinet ligger bredvid på torget men denna lokal är hyrd. Det är ett gammalt stall som nu hyser en topp modern anläggning. Det ingår dessutom 4 st 600 liters ekfat och 2 st 800 liters ekfat. All utrustning för att jobba med vinet finns. Traktorn är från 2003 och lite använd (1000 tim) 4x4 drift. Det är ca 4 ha mark och nu används 3.5 ha (varav 1 ha är arrenderat), vilket ger ca 15000 fl/år. I dag är kapaciteten 9000 liter färdigt vin i “caven” Det är ett lågt uttag på vingården Druvorna är Mourvedre, Grenach N, Syrah och Carignan i en bra fördelning. Åldern på stockarna är från drygt 20 till 35. Det finns en bit exceptionell mark för plantering som inte är planterad...
