Wine Grape Arbor & Birds?

I have had a arbor (more of a pergola) with Leon Millot red wine grapes for 3 years now. Each year at least 3 robbins insist on nesting in my vines. Once the chicks hatch they get very possesive and will not let me go near the them. By the beginning of August they are out and the only problem I have during mid-August harvest is usually a dirty bunch of grapes that were hanging right next to the nests. (I harvest around August 15th in New Jersey since the sugar is just over 20% and the grapes are so tight that the next rain will cause them to swell and split.) The strange thing is that none of the grapes are ever eaten which I am told is a real problem with birds. Question, is letting birds nest in your vines helping to keep other birds out? Love to hear some answers from more experienced growers. BONUS QUESTION: How do you keep wasps away from your grapes. They are the "Real" destructive problem I have every year.

I'm dying for new music! I love Mgmt, Kings of Leon, Radiohead...to name a few. Any good indie type bands?

I mostly like indie/alternative. I also like a select few of hip hop artists. Mellow/chill music I even like....Iron & Wine like. Does anybody have any incredibly depressing music to go along with my incredibly depressing life?

I've already covered: Sufjan Stevens, Iron and Wine, The Airborne Toxic Event, Bands of Horses, Arcade Fire, Kings of Leon, City and Colour, and, to some degree, Marilyn Manson. I need some good new bands, any suggestions? Explicitly soft rock, hard rock, folk, and anything with incredible lyrics and/or a sensual melody to go along with my incredibly depressing life. Merci beacoup. Nothing whiny like Mayday Parade.
