  What dishes would you pair with a Gewürztraminer?

  Pretty self-explanatory. What meals would pair well with a Gewürztraminer wine? I'm looking for a wine to pair with the menu that follows (yes, all the dishes...and in that order): Romaine lettuce, pumpkin seed and carrot salad with a vinaigrette. A platter of meats and cheese (ham, salami, smoked meats, Gouda, Swiss, sharp cheddar). Baked brie with cranberry. Spinach salad with goat cheese, pomegranate, and pecan. Breads (sourdough rye and french bread with whipped butter). Garlic prawns. Seasonal roasted vegetables (likely squash, peppers, asparagus, beets, and turnips). Spätzle Jägerschnitzel Wiener schnitzel.
