I started my wine 2 wks ago (as per the instructions), and somehow lost the instructions/directions. My SG started at 1.007 (if I remember correctly, I wrote it on the ppwk which is lost) and is now 1.000. I have NEVER made wine before and have no clue what to do next. The supplier is unavailable to help (they've moved) and I don't know what to do. I have all these packets, but no clue what order to add them, or what to do thereafter. I am making this as a wedding gift and can't exactly start over, nor do I want to. I don't even know if it's at the level it needs to be after the two weeks of fermentation (1.000)! Any help would be greatly appreciated. I cannot find a site with this brand's (Cru Orchard Breezin') info to allow me to finish the wine!!!
